Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is dispatched.

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within Australia.

Standard shipping: $10 AUD per order.

Free standard shipping: Available on orders of $100 AUD or more.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to your location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Regional and remote areas may take longer to receive deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use these details to follow your delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@driftanddune.com.au. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect or delivery is unsuccessful, additional delivery charges may apply to arrange redelivery, where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@driftanddune.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

We will work with you and the delivery carrier to investigate and help resolve the matter.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
